TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
By engaging with Eagle Maids’ services, the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by Eagle Maids, a brand operated by Bridge Global LLC ("Company", “we”, “us”), and you (“Client”, “you” or “your”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

SERVICES
Eagle Maids agrees to provide residential cleaning services as outlined in the booking confirmation or on our website at the time of scheduling. Services may include one-time standard cleans, deep cleans, recurring cleaning plans, move-in/move-out cleanings, and post-construction cleaning. Services offered through our trusted partners (e.g., electrical, plumbing, landscaping) are subject to separate terms and conditions.

By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth here, along with our Privacy Policy and any booking-specific instructions or limitations provided during service confirmation.

ELIGIBILITY
Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By booking with Eagle Maids, you confirm that you meet the minimum of this age requirement.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All pricing will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. A deposit or full prepayment may be required. For recurring services, a valid payment method must be kept on file. Late or declined payments may result in paused or canceled service.
We reserve the right to revise pricing based on changes in square footage, scope, or unforeseen service needs.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service price. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered. Refunds for dissatisfaction must be requested in writing within 48 hours of service and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

RESCHEDULING
Clients may reschedule their service with at least 24 hours’ notice. Eagle Maids reserves the right to reschedule service due to staffing, weather, or unforeseen operational conflicts.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Eagle Maids will take reasonable care in delivering services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, poorly maintained fixtures, or damage due to normal wear and tear. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and providing safe access to the property. Any claim must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service. All cleaners are instructed to take pictures before and after finishing the cleaning job. By booking with Eagle Maids, you are allowing permission for these photographs to be taken.

USE OF PARTNER SERVICES
Eagle Maids may refer or coordinate additional home services through vetted third-party providers. Eagle Maids is not responsible for the performance or guarantees of services rendered by independent partners. Clients engaging partner services do so at their own discretion and are subject to separate terms with those providers.

SERVICE ACCESS
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to their property at the scheduled time. If cleaners are unable to access the home, a lockout fee may be charged up to the full-service amount.

CLIENT CONDUCT AND SAFETY
For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions exist or if our team is treated disrespectfully. Abuse or harassment of any kind will result in immediate service termination without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Eagle Maids content (website text, images, marketing materials) is protected by copyright. No part of this content may be copied or redistributed without written consent.

MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
Eagle Maids may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted at www.eaglemaids.com. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest version.
